Composer Michael Giacchino lets us know his inspiration while creating the score for 'John Carter.'
When asked about setting the mood Michael said, "There is a lot of sadness in this movie, in this character, this guy who has lost, he has lost his family, he has lost his home, he is kind of not sure where he is or where he belongs and to me that is just very sad."
