Gossip Girl star Penn Badgley performs the song "Lilac Wine" at the Cameo Gallery in Brooklyn New York.

Penn is set to play Jeff Buckley in the upcoming film Greetings from Tim Buckley which chronicles the days leading up to the Jeff Buckley performance at his father's 1991 tribute concert in St. Louis.
