'Rock of Ages' Music Producer Adam Anders Evaluates the Cast

Adam Anders executive music producer of Rock of Ages reveals which stars were ready for the musical and which ones needed a little help.

Anders, who shares the same title on Glee, adds what it was like meeting Tom Cruise and listening to him sing for the first time.
