OneRepublic front man Ryan Tedder sings Adele's praises on the red carpet before taking home a Grammy for his role as a producer on her Album of the Year, 21.

The singer also reveals that pal Gavin DeGraw could be headed to ABC's Dancing With the Stars and explains why YouTube stars don't have a chance in Hollywood.
