Natalie Massenet has welcomed her first child with her partner, photographer Erik Torstensson.
The Net-a-Porter founder on Tuesday announced the happy news via Instagram.
"Erik and I are so proud and happy to welcome to the world our much longed for addition to our family and our first son — Jet Everest Torstensson," she captioned alongside a black-and-white photo of Jet's tiny hands. Massenet shared that Jet was born Sept. 15 in Los Angeles and "came into our lives with the most generous help from our surrogate. We are grateful to our friends and family for their incredible support and affection."
The fashion entrepreneur has two daughters, Isabella and Ava, with ex-husband Arnaud Massenet.
Massenet, who founded Net-a-Porter in 2000, stepped down from the luxury e-commerce site in 2015. The 52-year-old joined competing e-comm site Farfetch as its nonexecutive co-chairman in February. She also currently serves as the chairman of the British Fashion Council and was responsible for revamping and rebranding the British Fashion Awards as the Fashion Awards.
Torstensson is the co-founder of Frame Denim and multimedia fashion marketing agency Saturday Group with Jens Grede.
