A well-regarded novel and a little-known story of a 9/11 victim head up this week's Rights Available. First up is Lauren Groff's well-received novel of the unraveling of a marriage told in competing stories by the husband and wife. It has been pitched as Gone Girl-esque – but with less murder and more domestic drama. Also getting attention around town is Molly Raskin's 2013 book about Danny Lewin, the Israeli special forces veteran who helped found Akamai Technologies and then was killed in 9/11.
