Stylist to the stars Rachel Zoe is stepping into the limelight with her own Bravo series.
The cable network has greenlighted the tentatively titled docudrama “The Rachel Zoe Project,” which stars Zoe, who has worked with such celebrities as Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Richie, Jessica Simpson and Mischa Barton; her husband, Rodger; and her “fashion team,” Taylor and Brad.
The series will follow the group as they try to take Zoe’s business “to the next level,” giving viewers a look at how she juggles deadlines, fashion shows and celebrity clients.
Bravo has ordered a minimum of six hourlong episodes, scheduled to premiere this year.
The series is produced by Original Media, whose credits range from the TLC series “Miami Ink” and “LA Ink” to the films “Half Nelson” and “The Squid and the Whale.” Original founder Charlie Corwin, Jamie Patricof and Zoe are executive producers of the Bravo series.
