Cinemark said Wednesday that Tim Warner has been appointed its new CEO, replacing Alan Stock, who retired but will remain in a transitional role until May.
Warner, a 16-year veteran with the movie exhibition company, was most recently its COO. Before joining as president of Cinemark International in 1996 he was CEO of NATO California/Nevada and general chairman of NATO/ShoWest.
