Oscar-winning writers Julian Fellowes and Tom Stoppard will be the headline speakers for this year’s PromaxBDA Europe, a conference on media marketing, which runs March 23-24 in Berlin.
Fellowes, an Oscar winner for Gosford Park but arguably best known as the creator of Downton Abbey, is currently developing another period drama, the New York-set The Gilded Age, for NBC and Universal.

Stoppard, who shared a screenwriting Oscar with Marc Norman for Shakespeare in Love, recently adapted Deborah Moggach‘s novel Tulip Fever for Justin Chadwick‘s big-screen version, which stars Alicia Vikander and Christoph Waltz.
