Ed Ross, former senior vp operations at Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, died Friday at UCLA Medical Center in Santa Monica after a long illness, his family announced. He was 60.
Ross joined Warner Bros. 37 years ago. Before his recent retirement, he was responsible for the North American manufacturing and distribution infrastructure of WBHE’s physical home video and video games products.
Ross was born in New York City and attended the University of Buffalo.
Survivors include his wife, Deborah; daughters Abby and Ellie; son Ryan; brother Charles and sister-in-law Jody; and nephew Brent.
Funeral services will take place at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday at Mount Sinai Memorial Park in the Hollywood Hills. Donations to his memory may be made to the Amyloidosis Foundation.
