Scripps-owned cable network Great American Country said it will be airing an exclusive 90-minute music special that will be the first TV special “capturing Garth Brooks’ concert experience” since he retired from touring nine years ago and his first televised concert since 2001. The special, “Garth: One Man, One City, One Night,” will focus on the final night of Brooks’ nine-concert series, which took place at the Sprint Center in Kansas City. It is set to air at 8 p.m. Nov. 23.
