We thought we had an early shoo-in for Hollywood Lawsuit of the Year with this February gem from a one-time Skid Row drummer who accused his former bandmates of preventing him from using the Skid Row name.
But today’s sexual harassment lawsuit against Steven Seagal has pulled into the lead by a long shot.
Kayden Nguyen, a 23-year-old former model, is out for justice. She claims in a six-count complaint filed today in L.A. that she interviewed for a job with Seagal, but when she showed up, she learned “Mr. Seagal had been keeping two young female Russian ‘Attendants’ on staff who were available for his sexual needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.”
Nguyen claims that one of the “Attendants” had recently quit and Seagal wanted her to fill the spot as his “sex toy.” She says he pushed his hands under her skirt, tried fondling her breasts and forced his hand down her pants.
It goes on from there. The claims are sexual harassment, illegal trafficking of females for sex, failure to prevent sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination in violation of public policy and false representations about employment.
