A 400,000-square-foot, four-building addition of creative office space is planned for the sight of the former Warner Hollywood Studios property in West Hollywood, now known as The Lot, the project’s investor, CIM Group LLC. announced Monday.
The buildings will be set around the existing studio facilities, which include seven sound stages and several buildings. The project is expected to be completed by last 2009 or early 2010.
