NEW YORK — Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc. said Monday it has named Michael Boodro, the former editor-in-chief of Culture & Travel, as editor of the company’s flagship magazine, Martha Stewart Living. Boodro will report to Margaret Roach, the editorial director of all of the company’s magazines. Boodro will assume some of Roach’s duties in the new position of editor, as well as some of those of Amy Conway, who had been executive editor of the magazine but is now taking on responsibilities for special projects such as books and special interest publications for the company.
