PR firm Wolf-Kasteler has upped associate Cara Tripicchio to partner, with the company’s new moniker being WKT Public Relations.
At the same time, the 19-year-old company has unveiled a slew of promotions.
Evelyn Karamanos, previously a vp, has been named senior vp, while Jessica Kolstad, who was senior account executive, has been appointed vp. Karamanos, who joined the company in 2002 after beginning her career at CAA, has such clients as Channing Tatum, Kiefer Sutherland and Amanda Seyfried. Kolstad, who became a publicist at the company in 2003 after joining in 2000, works with the likes of Felicity Huffman, Elizabeth Banks and Mark Ruffalo.
Also being promoted is Jennifer Turner, who moves from senior account executive to vp East Coast. She joins vp East Coast Nicole Caruso. Turner’s client list includes Toni Collette and Thomas Haden Church, “The L Word” creator Ilene Chaiken, entertainment law firm Morris Yorn Barnes & Levine and director Mike Newell.
Wolf started with the firm in 1989 and Kasteler joined her two years later, creating Wolf-Kasteler. The company represents such clients as Cate Blanchett, Nicolas Cage, Ridley Scott, Samuel L. Jackson and Jon Turteltaub, as well as corporate clients including Pepsi, Paramount Digital, Oxfam America and YouthAids.
Tripicchio became an associate of the agency in 2004. She joined the company in 1997. Tripicchio’s client list includes Chris Cooper, Ashley Judd, Abbie Cornish, Jason Bateman and Evangeline Lilly.
