TURIN, Italy — Italian state broadcaster RAI said Wednesday that the company’s international subsidiary, RAI International, would be rebranded RAI Italia.
The name change is intended to call attention to the network’s country of origin around the world, the company said.
The change will take place soon, with the RAI Italia logo to be associated with four Italian channels to be broadcast via cable TV subscribers around the world.
