Daniel Kapon had accused Jackson of molesting and sexually assaulting him for 12 years from the age of two. Jackson’s lawyers told the press that Kapon’s testimony given in deposition was not in good faith. “They are the ravings of an unbalanced celebrity stalker,” said Jackson’s new lawyer, oddly not identified in any of the media accounts.
