James Meyer, the CEO of Sirius XM Radio, earned $23.1 million in in 2013, up from $3.3 million the year before, the primary difference being $13.6 million in options awards last year compared to zero in 2012.
Scott Greenstein, the president and chief content officer, made $10.4 million last year, up from $2.4 million the year before that, with the gain also in large part owed to option awards.
Stephen Cook, executive vp sales and automotive, was paid $6.9 million, up from $1.9 million in 2012, prior to him being named an executive officer.
David Frear, the CFO, made $2.3 million, up from $2.1 million, and Enrique Rodriguez, executive vp operations and products, made $6.9 million, up from $1.4 million.
