Comedy Central scored big with the conclusion to “South Park’s” “Imaginationland” trilogy, which aired Wednesday.
Nearly 4 million total viewers tuned in at 10 p.m., making it the network’s most-watched telecast of the year. That includes nearly 2.8 million adults 18-49 –“South Park’s” biggest numbers in the demo since since the second-season episode in which Cartman discovered the identity of his father (the show is now in its 11th season).
Wednesday’s episode also was the night’s most-watched program in all of television among men 18-24 and men 18-34 and was the No. 1 program among 18-49 in all of cable, according to Nielsen Media Research.
