MEXICO CITY — NBC Universal’s Telemundo has tapped Michael Rodriguez as senior vp sales, the Spanish-language broadcaster said Wednesday.
He will report to Mike Pilot, president of sales and marketing for NBC Universal, replacing Steve Mandala, who was recently named executive vp cable ad sales for NBC Universal.
Rodriguez will oversee sales and marketing for the Telemundo network, cable channel Mun2, and their digital properties.
Before the promotion, Rodriguez was vp and general manager of Telemundo’s Miami station WSCV.
