Tom Bilyeu and Lisa Bilyeu, founders of Impact Theory Studios, have signed with A3 Artists Agency.
The duo inked a deal for overall representation, with a focus on scripted, unscripted, digital and live events businesses. Tom Bilyeu previously co-founded the protein bar brand Quest Nutrition, which was sold in 2019 for $1 billion.
After that exit, the Bilyeus’ follow-up venture Impact Theory Studios has so far earned over 600 million views for its empowerment-focused unscripted, scripted and publishing content. “We have a very specific vision for how to positively impact the world by combining classic storytelling techniques with bleeding-edge technology, and nobody is better equipped to help us bring that vision to reality than A3 Artists Agency,” Tom Bilyeu, CEO of Impact Theory, said in a statement.
A3’s literary team will develop Impact Theory’s original publishing slate for TV and film, with an eye to co-productions and acquiring rights for upcoming projects. The agency’s alternative programming division will develop Impact Theory’s unscripted efforts as they expand with new talent and co-production partnerships.
And A3’s touring division will leverage Impact Theory’s fan base with live event opportunities for the brand and its founders. Impact Theory and A3 elsewhere will pursue opportunities in the Non-Fungible Token (NFT) space for new revenue streams.
