Todd Phillips’ Arms & the Dudes moves from a March 11, 2016, release date, to a summer release on Aug. 19.
The Hangover helmer will direct a cast that includes Jonah Hill and Miles Teller in Arms & the Dudes, which is based off a Rolling Stone article by Guy Lawson and follows two arms dealers that get a contract to supply weapons to U.S. troops in Afghanistan.
The Amy Poehler-Will Ferrell comedy The House will hit theaters on June 2, 2017.
The New Line project will see the two SNL alums as parents who burn through their daughter’s college fund, and, in order to find the money before their daughter goes to school, they run a casino out of the basement of the family home.
Project XX, the sequel to the 2012 teen film about a house party gone awry, entitled Project X, is no longer dated. It was previously set for a theatrical release on Sep. 19, 2016.
