The Writers Guild has announced its nominees in the category of video game writing, with Assassin’s Creed and The Last of Us among the most recognizable contenders.
The Last of Us: Left Behind and two Assassin’s Creed titles will face off against Alien: Isolation.

The Writers Guild Awards honor outstanding writing in film, TV, new media, video games, news, radio, promotion and graphic animation.
The awards will be presented at simultaneous ceremonies in New York and L.A. on Saturday, Feb. 14.
