NEW YORK — Time Warner said late Thursday that it has added former U.S. attorney general William Barr to its board.
Barr, 59, is also a former senior executive at Verizon Communications. His appointment as a TW director brings the size of the conglomerate’s board to 11 members.
“Bill brings all the personal qualities we seek in directors, including integrity and sound judgment, as well as significant industry knowledge and executive experience,” said TW chairman and CEO Jeff Bewkes.
