After dropping his new single "Only One" at the very start of the year (literally, at midnight!), Kanye West has shared a preview for its corresponding music video.

He appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Thursday to share a clip from the video, directed by Spike Jonze. The song, which features West singing over Paul McCartney's keyboard-playing, is from the perspective of West's mother, singing to her son, and repeatedly references West's own daughter, North West.

West also noted that his upcoming album is still untitled — "I don’t know yet, we’re still trying to find it, trying to find the vibe. This transition from what I felt when I did Yeezus to what I feel now, it’s just ... we're just creating ... so we haven't found it yet," he explained, adding, "There are things I’ve done in the past that were considered negative, but I was really jumping in front of the tank for other people or for culture, in a way, so now I always have to have that in my mind, that I have a family that I have to protect, too."
