Taylor Swift Performances to Air During Thanksgiving Day Parade

Taylor Swift is now part of your Turkey Day plans.

CBS has announced that it will air pre-recorded performances of the superstar as part of the annual Thanksgiving Day parade in New York City. Swift will not appear live at the event.

The broadcast airs from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Nov. 27.

Previously announced performers at this year's parade include Nick Jonas, Idina Menzel, Meghan Trainor, Kiss, Lucy Hale and Annie star Quvenzhane Wallis. The Broadway casts of Matilda and Pippin will also belt out tunes.

This has already been a huge month for Swift, whose new release 1989 had the best opening-week sales numbers of any album since 2002 and is set to top the charts for a second straight week.
