Stylist and 'Fashion Police' Star George Kotsiopoulos Signs Book Deal

The celebrity stylist and tv fashion commentator is penning a guide to everyday glamour for Abrams books

George Kotsiopoulos, who's styled everyone from Rose McGowan to Kerry Washington to Keira Knightley, has signed a book deal with Abrams - the renowned illustrated book publishing company - for a glamour guide called Glamourous by George. It will come out January of 2014.

Kotsiopoulos is one of the stars of E!'s Fashion Police with Joan Rivers, and given his years as a Hollywood celebrity stylist, he's certainly equipped to give style advice. He is also a frequent stylist for THR, and for years styled shoots for the New York Times Magazine.

"Many people think a glamourous lifestyle is strictly reserved for the rich and famous, but fashion and design are accessible to everyone at every price point," says Kotsiopoulos. "My goal is to bring the refined elegance of the classic movie star into each of our lives -which can be attained with confidence, charm, style and intelligence."

By breaking down the ideas behind what makes an average person shine brighter in their everyday life, Glamorous by George will roll out the red carpet to the readers’ front door.  It intends to be a modern guide to help readers find their inner movie star in terms of fashion, as well as suggestions for different body types and eye/skin and hair coloring.  

Glamorous by George will also direct readers to budget-friendly ideas for  entertaining as well as creating a dazzling spaces inside their homes or offices.

So now we know what George's 2013 New Year's Resolution will be - get the book done on time for 2014!
