Beyonce, Jay-Z House Shopping in Miami Beach (Report)

A very pregnant Beyonce Knowles and husband Jay-Z appear to be prospecting new locales for their new addition. The couple made a highly-publicized trip to Miami last week for a little house-shopping. TMZ reports the chart-topping couple toured Ricky Martin’s Miami Beach house, one of two the Latin singer owns in the Sunshine State. The oceanfront estate is in the area’s well-heeled La Gorce Golf neighborhood, known locally as a golfer’s paradise, but perhaps more widely as a celebrity-dense enclave. Should they make an offer, Jay-Z and Beyonce will be neighbors to Miami Heat ballers Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh.

Clocking in at 9,491 square feet, seven bedrooms, and ten baths, the 2004-built Mediterranean boasts finely-detailed finishes with "solid mahogany doors, ceiling treatments, fireplaces, travertine marble throughout, and crown moldings," according to the listing. A gourmet kitchen is attached to a formal dining room, with a full bar. Guest quarters are graced with an inviting courtyard view. A Jacuzzi and pool sit out back, with bay views.

The listing is held by Pablo Alfaro of Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell.

Ryan Phillippe Lists Roomy Bachelor Pad for $7.45 Million

The Sunset Strip area has seen a lot of real estate action in recent months, with sales and listings from Ryan Reynolds, Matthew Perry and record producer, Ralph Sall, among many others. Now Ryan Phillippe, who starred in this year’s The Lincoln Lawyer with Matthew McConaughey, is listing his Sunset Strip bachelor pad for $7.45 million, reports Lauren Beale of the Los Angeles Times.

Blake Lively, who has reportedly been apartment shopping in New York City, is said to have taken a third look at this duplex penthouse in Manhattan, listed with Sotheby’s New York office for $7.5 million. The four-bedroom, 3.5-bath unit appears to be near the top of Lively’s shortlist, as the New York Post's Page Six column reports the Gossip Girl actress toured the property twice before. This contemporary condo has a south-facing view over Madison Square Park and combines what the listing calls, "contemporary living with comfortable elegance."

Despite a down market, the Trousdale Estates neighborhood in Beverly Hills is gaining attention for a number of high-profile sales. AEG Live CEO Randy Phillips has sold a $15.5 million Hal Levitt-designed house there, according to Blockshopper Los Angeles. The sale is triple what he paid for it: a reported $4.63 million in 2004. The transaction comes on the heels of Jennifer Aniston's June sale of a house, also designed by architect Hal Levitt, for around $37 million and designer Vera Wang's August purchase of a house in Trousdale for around $10 million.

Robert Pattinson’s Manager Lists in Sherman Oaks for $1.135 Mil

This stately three-bedroom, 2.5-bath traditional has hit the market in Sherman Oaks for $1.135 million. LA Blockshopper reports the house was just listed by talent manager Nicholas Frenkel and wife, Nanci. The couple bought the property for $1.29 million in 2007. Frenkel is a manager at 3Arts Entertainment, where his clients include actor Robert Pattinson and actress Jessica Pare.

Gerald Levin, the former Time Warner chief, and wife, Laurie Ann, are offering their Marina del Rey house for $2.49 million. The couple called the corner-lot house a home for nearly fifteen years, having purchased it in 1997 for $936,000. The property was built the same year.

Storied Fox Residence Hits the Market for $12 Million

The Fox Residence, a 1951 Chatsworth estate by LAX Airport architects Pereira & Luckman, is on the market for $12 million. Also known as Farralone, it was built for Chase Manhattan heiress Dora Hutchinson, who rented the place for a decade to Frank Sinatra who in turn rented the 1,000-square-foot guesthouse to Marilyn Monroe, according to Forbes. The property sits on 14 acres with a 10,000-square-foot main house and parking for 200 cars. The listing is held by Coldwell Banker's Lynn Teschner. The agent told Forbes that the property has brought in as much as $2 million annually from location shoots. You can see it in "The Jet Set" episode of Mad Men, according to Curbed LA.

Lia Vollack, worldwide music president at Sony Pictures Entertainment, has listed this three-bedroom, 3.5-bath abode in the Griffith Park/Los Feliz area for $2.595 million. The house, which was built in 1957, is currently under contract, with Tori Barnao and Jeeb O'Reilly as the listing agents. The listing describes the place as a "warm blend of wood & steel and imaginative landscapes with stunning pool/spa and fountains create an inviting vibe inside and out."

Vollack's estate weighs in at 2,760 square feet of living space, with a total 8,880 square feet of land, with views of the Griffith Observatory. Vollack, recently ranked #24 on Billboard's list of the most powerful women in music, oversees music licensing and soundtrack decisions for around 30 movies a year. She has worked with Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross on both The Social Network and The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.
