The celebrity power couple purchased the 4,000-square-foot residence for $6.995 million. It is now listed at $8.495 million with Raphael De Niro, a broker with Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate and son of Robert De Niro. The penthouse offers spacious living areas which include a 45-foot-wide living room framed with Hudson River views.

Music manager Adam Granite and his wife Alexis Granite have made a deal on their Chelsea Market condo, selling it for $1.88 million, New York Blockshopper reports. The couple bought the property for $1.43 million in 2006. It has three bedrooms, two baths and measures a comfortable 2,000 square feet.

The New York Post reported that Melanie Sloan went under contract for this $1.395 million loft in Manhattan, only to back out when she was reportedly unable to secure a loan for the property. Now, the fate of her $130,000 down payment remains in question. She is suing the current owners to get it back. Legendary television host Regis Philbin has finally unloaded the Connecticut estate he originally listed in 2008 for $5.9 million, selling it at a drastically reduced $3 million, according to the Wall Street Journal. At 6,000 square feet, the Greenwich Colonial boasts abundant interiors and classic New England architecture, nestled on six acres of greenery.
After listing the property in the thick of the 2008 market collapse, it was delisted and offered as a rental for a couple of years, says WSJ. The four-bedroom, eight-bath offers a pool and tennis court out back. The listing was held by Michele Klosson with Sotheby's International Realty. It sold to an undisclosed buyer.
Philbin and his wife Joy owned the place for twenty years, but the couple says they spend most of their time in New York. Philbin retired from Live with Regis and Kelly in November after hosting the prolific morning show for 23 years, first with cohost Kathie Lee Gifford and then with current host Kelly Ripa. Philbin is currently on a 94-day luxury cruise speaking tour.
