Bright Abbott in ‘Everwood’

One of Chris Pratt's first on-screen roles was as goofy jock Bright Abbott on former WB series Everwood. Bright continued to struggle with his own demons over the course of the series, which co-starred Emily VanCamp, including the guilt he felt after injuring himself and his best friend while drunk driving.

Pratt played the lovable but dimwittedAndy Dwyer in the NBC sitcom. He started the series as Rashida Jones' character's boyfriend, who fell in the pit that Amy Poehler's Leslie Knope hoped to turn into a park, and ended it as April's (Aubrey Plaza) husband and Knope's assistant.
Scott Hatteberg in ‘Moneyball’

Pratt played real-life catcher-turned-first-baseman Scott Hatteberg in the 2011 film based on Michael Lewis' best-selling book. The left-handed batter had a high on-base percentage, leading Oakland A's GM Billy Beane (played by Brad Pitt in the film) to sign him to the 2002 squad.
Justin in ‘Zero Dark Thirty’

Pratt had a small but memorable role in Kathryn Bigelow's hunt-for-Osama-bin-Laden film Zero Dark Thirty as one of the Navy SEALs who participates in the raid to get the Al Qaeda leader. As the team embarks on its mission, one of the other SEALs asks Pratt's character what he's listening to on his headphones. He pulls out one of his earbuds and says, "Tony Robbins. I got plans after." Pratt has recently said that seeing himself in shape in the film was enough to make him vow to never "be fat again."
Emmet Brickowoski in ‘The Lego Movie’

Pratt voiced rules-following construction worker Emmet in the 2014 hit animated film about Lego minifigures. Staring off the film as an ordinary, average minifigure, Emmet is labeled as "The Special" who will save the world, joining with his fellow toys on a quest to stop an evil tyrant.
