Zillow reports the Osbournes' house is back on the market for $13 million, $500k less than its March 2011 ask. The residence features a majestic two-story foyer, with a painted black spiral staircase contrasted against white walls. The 11,000-square-foot Cape Cod was spotlighted in a June 2011 feature in Architectural Digest. It has six bedrooms and 10 baths and sits on a 2.25-acre guard-gated lot. Sharon Osbourne is a judge on The X Factor and America's Got Talent. Ozzy Osbourne and his band Black Sabbath reached total record sales of 100 million worldwide. Actor-director Vincent Gallo is selling the penthouse he bought for $2.34 million in cash in 2009. The 4,300-square-foot apartment was rented by actor Nicolas Cage in 2008, the same year he starred in the Lionsgate release, Bangkok Dangerous. He is said to have been the only resident to live there, according to Curbed LA.

The unit sits inside the Biscuit Company Lofts in Los Angeles, the renovated 1925 building that was home to the National Biscuit Company – better known as Nabisco – for much of the 20th century. CAA agent Spencer Baumgarten — whose clients include Jon Favreau and Gore Verbinski — has placed on the market a 6,549-square-foot expanse in Pacific Palisades, complete with courtyard water fountains and a pool surrounded by palm trees for $5.8 million. Baumgarten along with his wife Lara, paid $3.7 million for the residence in 2003.
