The Oscar-winning actor plays the infamous villain Electro in the movie.
Emma Stone plays Peter Parker's love interest, Gwen Stacy. Stone arrived in a bright-yellow Versace dress, David Webb jewelry and Christian Louboutin shoes with a Lanvin clutch.
"I loved it. I've wanted to be Spider-Man ever since I was 3, so any chance I have, I'm in there," said Garfield when asked by reporters if he liked slipping on the costume once again. This is the second of the Spider-Man movies in which the British actor stars as Peter Parker.
The director of The Amazing Spider-Man and its sequel told reporters that filmmakers wanted to add humor to Garfield's character the second time around. "When we were writing the movie, we had a group of comedians in a room writing jokes for Andrew [Garfield] to use," said Webb.
Dane DeHaan arrived hand-in-hand with actress and wife Anna Wood. The 28-year-old plays another villain in the film, Harry Osborn/Green Goblin. "It's fun to try to kill Spider-Man. That's awesome, and it couldn't be better … You get to do things you can't do in your normal life," the actor told reporters.
