“Water for Elephants” Premiere

No, it wasn't a Twilight premiere. But when Water for Elephants author Sara Gruen looked outside her hotel room the night before the April 17 New York premiere of Fox 2000's adaptation of her best-seller, she discovered a hardy bunch of Twi-hards awaiting the next day's arrival of star Robert Pattinson. 

"There was absolutely nothing tough about it. It's wonderful," said Gruen (pictured far right, with stars Hal Holbrook, Robert Pattinson and Reese Witherspoon), about seeing her work transposed on film.
