Stephenie Meyer, author of the Twilight series, also attended the Breaking Dawn: Part 2 fan event. At the panel, Meyer said she's "kinda burned out on vampires right now." The author is currently pursuing a new book without any bloodsuckers featured in it. "I like this new idea, and we're going to pursue it."
Nikki Reed attended the Breaking Dawn: Part 2 Summit's Hall panel with Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, Robert Pattinson and other castmembers on stage. Reed told The Hollywood Reporter she was excited to see completed footage of the film. "I'm looking forward to seeing some of the movie. They sort of hide it from us," she said.

Peter Facinelli joined fellow castmembers Stewart, Pattinson, Lautner and others — including author Meyer — for the Breaking Dawn: Part 2 panel. The actor told THR he's walking away with two major memories. "One is fun events like this. Fans and how you support us, staying with us for this whole ride." Then he added, "The cast — getting to experience them and getting to know them."
Comic book writer, actor and producer Stan Lee joins actor Mark Hamill to speak at panel discussion for Stan Lee's World of Heroes, a newly introduced YouTube channel that will feature a podcast along with fan-dedicated content and narrative programming. "I'm happy as hell that Marvel's doing so well," he said. "The fun of what we do is that we're always moving ahead."
Stewart joins co-stars Pattinson and Lautner on-stage for the Breaking Dawn: Part 2 panel. On the series now ending, the actress said, "We got to live in this world for a long time. But it feels good. It feels like, 'Yes, we did it, yes we finished! It's bittersweet."
Lautner looks to his co-stars Stewart and Pattinson at the Breaking Dawn: Part 2 discussion panel. In speaking on the transformation of Stewart's character Bella, Lautner said she's "transformed herself into this sleek, sexy vampire." The actor also told himself to soak up every moment when it started to near the end. "I'm glad that I did that because I do remember every moment up until the last day."

When asked to compare this Comic-Con to when he first came, Pattinson said the first one was "genuinely frightening." He then added, "You get used to it surprisingly quickly." While comparing it to a big premiere, he says there's more back-and-forth with Comic-Con.
The Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers celebrate their 20th year anniversary at this year's Comic-Con. To commemorate, a panel titled "Power Rangers: 20 Years and Beyond" was held at the event. During the panel, details were revealed on the long-awaited release of the series on DVD.
