"Even though I knew I had the job, it was surreal to see my name up there with Kelly's," said Michael Strahan, who debuted opposite Kelly Ripa as Regis Philbin's replacement in September 2012.

"Michael is one of these men that could have chemistry with a doorknob, a chicken sandwich or a flashlight," joked Kelly Ripa.
Kelly Ripa's favorite Live guest? Dolly Parton. "I laugh every time I watch it," she said. Meanwhile, Michael Strahan is partial to Mitt and Ann Romney: "They were game for anything, which was unexpected."
Michael Strahan, a former defensive lineman and father of four, is engaged to VH1 reality star Nicole Murphy.

"Nobody is screaming at each other, it's business as usual," said Willie Geist of the workplace atmosphere. "I view it as a very upbeat place to be."
