The story sees a mortal, a god and a goddess unite to fight an evil force in ancient Egypt. More to come.

Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless, who have worked on the in-development Dracula: Year Zero and Flash Gordon, wrote the script.

Basil Iwanyk (Clash of the Titans) is producing with his Thunder Road Productions along with Proyas’ Mystery Clock Cinema banner.

Proyas, repped by CAA, directed the Nicolas Cage thriller Knowing for Summit. His other credits include I, Robot and Dark City.
