With its release a little over a month away, Marvel Studios is stepping up promotion for Black Panther, with a new featurette focusing on the legacy of the title character.

Featuring appearances by Stan Lee, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige and director Ryan Coogler, the video explains for those unfamiliar with the Black Panther that he's more than just your average superhero; he's royalty.

"It's not just stuff blowing up. It definitely is a character piece," star Chadwick Boseman says of Coogler's first Marvel movie. As to what differentiates T'Challa from the rest of the studio's line-up, it's his regal heritage: "He has to look out for an entire nation. That's a responsibility that other superheroes don"t commonly have."

The video doesn't feature a significant amount of new footage from the movie itself, but there are new shots from behind-the-scenes included. Watch below.

Black Panther will be released Feb. 16.
