'Circus Kane': Clown-Themed Horror Movie Gets Creepy First Trailer

Yes, you should be afraid of clowns — and the first trailer for the horror film Circus Kane proves it.

The film stars Jonathan Lipnicki, and centers on a reclusive circus master who offers up $250,000 to anyone who can spend a night in his new house of haunts. A group of fame-craving social media stars take him up on his offer, but soon learn they will be fighting for their lives.

Christopher Douglas-Olen Ray direct the film from a script by James Cullen Bressack and Zack Ward, based on a story by Sean Sellars.

DeInstitutionalized's Gerald Webb and Christopher Ray are producing the project along with Bressack. Uncork’d Entertainment is distributing the film.

Circus Kane will be available on VOD Sept. 8.

In addition to the trailer, Heat Vision has a slew of new stills and the poster to debut as well:
