The script by Nicolas Aaron Mezzanatto tells of a man (Willis) who, when his fiancé is kidnapped by human traffickers, gathers his ex-military pals to track her down and save her.
Hauser is playing one of the fiancé's brothers, a veteran suffering from PTSD who helps Willis. Shawn Ashmore, Mike Epps, Sophia Bush and Melissa Bolona round out the cast.
Lionsgate Premiere will distribute the pic domestically.
Acts of Violence is the fourth time that Hauser has worked with Willis, with previous collaborations including Hart’s War, Tears of the Sun and A Good Day to Die Hard.
Hauser is starring in the final season of Rogue, an Audience Network show, and recently wrapped the indie drama The Last Champion. He is repped by APA, Brillstein Entertainment Partners and attorney David Krintzman.
