San Diego Comic-Con might just have finished, but plans are already being announced for D23 Expo, the Disney-centric convention taking place in Anaheim next month, with Disney Interactive announcing exclusive footage from a host of upcoming videogame releases, including Star Wars Battlefront and Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition.

During a presentation to be held Sunday, Aug. 16 in the Hall D23 theater (which, at 7,500 seats, is even larger than Comic-Con's Hall H which only seats 6,000), audiences will get to see new gameplay, footage and learn more information about the next release of Disney Infinity, which features characters from the Star Wars franchise as well as Star Wars Battlefront, and the in-development Kingdom Hearts III, the revival of the role-playing series featuring Disney properties that's been dormant since 2005.

Outside the presentation, fans will get hands-on previews of the games, with demos of both Disney Infinity 3.0 and Star Wars Battlefront available on the show floor. Also available to demo will be mobile games including Star Wars Commander, and Star Wars: Battle Pod, an arcade game that mixes gameplay with real world effects including vibrating seats, surround sound and blasts of air at appropriate times.

D23 Expo runs Aug. 14 through 16 at the Anaheim Convention Center, California.
