The December magazine provides a full look at the latest rendering of the DC villain.

The December subscriber's cover of Empire magazine has provided the best look yet at Jared Leto's rendition of The Joker.

Yahoo Movies' U.K. site posted the image online on Monday.

The cover shows Leto with vibrant green hair and a sinister stare, with a cane and without shoes. A slew of tattoos peek out from under a purple crocodile skin trench coat.

Leto's Joker appeared in a few frames of the film's trailer, which debuted at Comic-Con before surfacing online, but the Empire cover offers a full view of the famous Batman foil.

Suicide Squad features a Murderers' Row of DC villains, including Deadshot, Harley Quinn, Boomerang, Enchantress and Killer Croc, who form a secret government task force.

Suicide Squad hits theaters on Aug. 8.
