Linkin Park Playing Special Concert for 'Transformers' World Premiere

The band is set to play several hits June 23 – the same night Michael Bay's 3D flick opens the Moscow International Film Festival.

Linkin Park is playing Moscow's Red Square next month to celebrate the world premiere of Transformers: Dark of the Moon.

The rockers will perform several of their hit songs, including the single, “Iridescent” (the end title song of Michael Bay’s 3D film), at Vasilyevsky Spusk with the Kremlin and St. Basil’s Basilica as the backdrop. The show takes place at 9 p.m. June 23 – the same night the film opens the Moscow International Film Festival. (Expected at the free concert: Bay and stars from the movie.)
