Portion of 'Once Upon a Deadpool' Proceeds to Be Donated to Cancer Foundation

Along with the news was a new trailer of the PG-13 'Deadpool 2' cut.

Deadpool is giving back for the holiday season.

It was announced on Monday that Ryan Reynolds and 20th Century Fox are donating one dollar of every ticket sold for Once Upon a Deadpool in the U.S. from Dec. 12-24 to Fuck Cancer, which recently changed the foundation's name to Fudge Cancer be more PG-13 friendly, like the upcoming film.

Along with the announcement was a new trailer of the Deadpool 2 re-cut, which is toned down, but features new scenes.

The new trailer again features Fred Savage reenacting scenes from The Princess Bride. In previous trailers, it was revealed that Savage was being held against his will by Deadpool to help tell the story.

This time around, the two discuss the either loved or loathed band Nickelback, which Reynolds' Deadpool vigorously defends, citing them as the “11th-best-selling musical act of all time" with six Grammy nominations, “Billboard‘s most successful rock group of the last decade” and “a partridge in a fucking pear tree.”

Realizing he's touched a nerve, Savage begins to sing Nickelback’s 2001 hit “How You Remind Me,” which Deadpool joins in on for their power duet.

Once Upon a Deadpool is out on Wednesday.
