Rita Ora Joins Ryan Reynolds in Pokemon Movie 'Detective Pikachu' (Exclusive)

Singer-actress Rita Ora, who is coming off the strong opening of Fifty Shades Freed, has joined the cast of Detective Pikachu, Legendary Entertainment's live-action Pokemon movie.
Ryan Reynolds stars in the movie based on the game franchise along with Justice Smith, who will be seen in the upcoming Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, and Big Little Lies actress Kathryn Newton.

Ora joins the eclectic supporting cast that includes Ken Watanabe, Bill Nighy and Suki Waterhouse.
Details for Ora’s character in the fantasy monster movie are being kept secret.
The film is currently shooting with Rob Letterman directing. Mary Parent and Cale Boyter are producing the movie for Legendary.
Ora is a British singer who has appeared in all three Fifty Shades movie, playing Christian Grey’s sister, Mia. She guest-starred on Empire and will be seen in Wonderwell, an indie fantasy that was one of Carrie Fisher’s last movies.
Ora is repped by CAA and First Access Entertainment.
