Michael Giacchino is doubling down on the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The Doctor Strange composer confirmed that he will be scoring next summer's Spider-Man: Homecoming, tweeting, "The rumors are true..." along with the logo from the film. Late last week, speculation that he would be scoring the film began after a Reddit user claimed Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige had revealed the news at a screening of Doctor Strange.

The busy Giacchino already has a lot of high-profile projects on his plate. He recently stepped in to score Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, telling Heat Vision at the premiere for Doctor Strange that he's most excited for fans to hear the theme for Jyn (Felicity Jones).

Spider-Man: Homecoming, helmed by Jon Watts and starring Tom Holland as the webslinger, is slated for a July 7 release.
