Tony-winning Broadway musical Hamilton is gearing up for its move across the Atlantic, with open auditions due to be held next month for the show’s London run.
Producers are now looking for singers who can rap and for hip-hop dancers, all in their 20s and 30s and of any ethnicity, according to The Stage.
However, the producers have stated they will not be seeing people for the role of King George at the London auditions.
Tickets for the West End show are set to go on sale next month ahead of its opening at the Victoria Palace theater in October 2017.
Hamilton earned 11 Tony awards earlier this year and turned its creator and original star Lin-Manuel Miranda — who has since left the production — into a household name.
