Beverly Hills police submitted a sexual assault case against actor Steven Seagal to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office, D.A. spokesman Ricardo Santiago confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter.
“A case was presented to our office on Jan. 31 by the Beverly Hills Police Department involving Steven Seagal and is under review,” he said.
No additional information was released.
In late January, actress Regina Simons accused Seagal of rape, detailing the incident in an interview on Megyn Kelly Today.
Multiple women, including Jenny McCarthy, have come forward and alleged they were sexually harassed or assaulted by the Under Siege actor.
Seagal could not be immediately reached for comment.
