TAO, Beauty & Essex, Avenue, and Luchini LA Grand Opening was a star-studded scene with a whimsical block party. Guests including Zoe Saldana, Anthony Anderson, Hailey Baldwin, Odell Beckham Jr., Emmanuelle Chriqui, Russell Simmons, Nicole Scherzinger, Tyga and Eiza Goncalvez ventured from venue to venue checking out each unique space with delectable eats and open bars in every corner.
At Avenue, the property’s nightclub, Leonardo DiCaprio and Orlando Bloom shared a corner booth surrounded by a bevy of PYTs. Beckham Jr. was at another corner of the jam-packed club where DJ Khaled performed. Next door at Luchini pizzeria, Owen Wilson and Michael Bay took in the scene.
Meanwhile, in the alleyway, NAS, Anderson Paak and Busta Rhymes gave special performances as Emmanuelle Chriqui, Hailey Baldwin and Adelaide Kane rubbed elbows with the crowd of VIPs.
It was date night for Ashley Simpson and Evan Ross who were seen showing PDA at Beauty & Essex, where the tray-passed fare included mini sliders, mahi mahi tacos and avocado toast. Other couples out on date night included Jamie Chung and Bryan Greenberg, who enjoyed the dessert table at the restaurant lounge.
Cindy Crawford and Randy Gerber made it family night alongside their children, Kaia Gerber and Presley Gerber, who looked on as revelers lined up for the interactive GIF photo booth.
At TAO, the crowd was steady all night, with a line of people to get in. Sushi and egg rolls were served at the Asian bistro. DJs across all venues included Ross One, DJ Cassidy, Chantel Jeffries, Chris Masterson and Devin Lucien — while Alesso partied it up.
The closed-off exclusive party featured over-the-top performers such as a woman in a French maid outfit riding high above the crowd on a balancing pole outside, a Louis XIV-style Victorian woman roaming the second floor of Beauty & Essex (which had the same pawn shop entrance as the venue’s New York location) and sparkling samurai costumes flanking the staircase at TAO — making the adjacent Dream Hollywood hotel which is sandwiched by the properties feel like exactly that: a dream.
