Mark Wahlberg’s former compound is up for sale for $30 million.
The compound includes a basketball court with the Boston Celtics mascot in the center of it, a professional putting green and a 2,500 square foot gym that contains a professional boxing ring. Wahlberg trained for his role in The Fighter at the boxing ring.
The main residence is approximately 11,500 square feet with a two-story guest house. There are 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms in total. The property also features a pool with a water slide, spa, grotto and 12-foot waterfall. It is located on Beverly Hills’ Oak Pass Road in a private gated community.
Wahlberg purchased the 2-acre property in 2001 and sold it in 2013. The owner who purchased it from him renovated the home and is now selling it via Valerie Fitzgerald of Coldwell Banker Previews International.
