Brent Spiner, widely known for his role as Lt. Commander Data on the hit sci-fi series Star Trek: The Next Generation, is saying “live long and prosper” to his Malibu estate.
Sitting on a one-acre lot in the Point Dume area of the beachside city, Spiner’s three-bedroom, five-bathroom home is a private oasis for residents.
Nestled among lush grounds with a variation of fruit and mature trees, the two-story Spanish-style home has mastered resort-style living at its finest.
Spanning 5,020 square feet, the space includes a formal dining and living room with a fireplace, a family room with quadruple French doors, a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, an upstairs office that could be converted to a fourth bedroom, and high ceilings, custom finishes, hardwood floors and tile throughout.
Upstairs, the private second floor master suite offers an escape to paradise with ocean views, a fireplace, an adjoining deck and a luxurious spa bathroom.
Additionally, the home didn’t spare any expense on manicuring the exterior grounds and backyard entertainment. Vegetation-adorned pathways wind across the estate, which is sprinkled with numerous outdoor dining and sitting areas. And what would a Southern California Malibu estate be without a resort-inspired backyard waterfall pool and Jacuzzi?
Christopher Cortazzo of Coldwell Banker is the listing agent.
